Notes:
- Full enrollment data within the Semantic Layer is retained beyond the standard 3‑year limit and is not subject to this restriction.
- Claims, capitation, and encounter data in the Semantic Layer follow the closed 3‑year retention policy. For example, in 2026, only data for 2023, 2024, and 2025 will be available.
